Are you a service-minded professional who enjoys going above and beyond for others? The Villas at Seven Canyons is currently seeking an enthusiastic, Full-Time Professional Concierge to join our team. This is a day shift-only position, offering stable hours, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a luxury residential setting.

As a Concierge, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and personalized experience for our residents. From managing front desk operations to assisting with reservations and local recommendations, your attention to detail and warm, outgoing personality will set the tone for our community.

 

Rate of Pay $20.00/Hourly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Prior experience making reservations (hotels, resorts, restaurants, excursions, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent face-to-face customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Weekend availability (one weekend day per week may be required).
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet Villa Owners, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Be present at the Concierge welcome desk and serve as the first point of contact for inquiries.
  • Assist Owners with reservations for Villa stays, dining, transportation, events, and local activities.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Oversee package and delivery coordination.
  • Collaborate with the Villas Services Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
