Ligori & Ligori is seeking a skilled Immigration Law Attorney to join our growing Tampa office.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling a wide range of immigration matters, including family-based immigration, employment visas, adjustment of status, naturalization, asylum, removal defense, and waivers .

We strongly prefer candidates with an existing book of business and the ability to expand their practice under our brand. 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary/Draw: $100,000 annually.
• Commission: Performance-based — potential to earn whatever you can produce annually.
  (Full commission structure discussed during interview. High earnings require commitment and results.)
• Life Insurance: $100,000 policy fully paid by the firm.
• Paid Time Off:
  • 1 week after 6 months
  • 2 weeks after 1 year
  • 3 weeks after 2 years
  • 6 personal/sick days + 6 federal holidays annually.
• Health Coverage:
  • 4 plan options (including HSA).
  • 100% firm-paid health, dental & vision (basic plan).
  • Benefits begin 1st of the month after 30 days.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience practicing U.S. immigration law.
• Strong background in family-based petitions, removal defense, waivers, asylum, and naturalization.
• Knowledge of employment-based visas (H-1B, L-1, PERM, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong client communication skills, particularly when working with diverse communities.
• J.D. and active Florida Bar membership in good standing (required).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
• Existing book of business preferred.
